½ a pineapple, cut in chunks
2 celery sticks, cut in 2 cm pieces
1 avocado, cut in chunks
50 grams alfalfa or bean sprouts
1 handful of raw almonds and cashew nuts
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
juice of half a lime
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Cut the pineapple, celery sticks and avocado in 2 cm chunks, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well in a big bowl.
